Can we see the car before we book?
Yes of course, most evenings and some weekends, please contact us and come and see her (by arrangement), 01283 713839, we love to show her off and we can discuss your requirements for your big day. We now have a social distance viewing area, so you can safely see the car.
What happens if the car breaks down on the way to the wedding?
This is very unlikely as the Rolls is maintained and serviced by our mechanic on a very regular basis. However, for peace of mind, should this occur we will always have a second white car and driver on standby to collect you. This will not be a Rolls Royce, but it will take you onwards to your events and you will be entitled to 75% refund of all costs.
What happens if the car gets stuck in traffic?
Our chauffeurs will check routes before the wedding and in some cases may even drive the route in advance to check timings. They will use the latest technology to make sure that they use the quickest route with the least traffic. They can also call ahead if there is a problem.
We are having the wedding at the same place as the reception, can we have a drive in the Rolls?
Yes, please let us know what you need and we can organise for your chauffeur to steal you away for a 10-minute drive on your own, so you can unwind and chat a little before returning to your guests.
We have a relative in a wheelchair that needs collecting will this be possible?
If the wheelchair can be folded up, then it can go in the boot. The Rolls has no ramps for a wheelchair but if the guest can be helped into the car and out the other end there is no reason why they cannot enjoy a ride too. Let us know and we will help you to make the arrangements.
We have children can they travel in the car with us?
From the UK Gov website: Children must normally use a child car seat until they're 12 years old or 135 centimetres tall, whichever comes first. Children over 12 or more than 135cm tall must wear a seat belt. Clara has no seat belts and the laws regarding cars without seat belts states that no children under 3 are allowed to travel in the vehicle, and that children over 3 must sit in the backseats. If you are unsure then please contact us and we can discuss it with you. We cannot put a booster seat in as there are no seatbelts to attach it. A child 3 or over would need to sit on the back seat without a booster and without a seatbelt. Please consider carefully before selecting this option. You may prefer, for safety reasons, to get a family member to take your children to the venue.
What are your payment options?
A deposit of £50 will secure the date but this is non-refundable. 14 days before the wedding the full balance will be required via BACS transfer. COVID update: if your wedding is cancelled for any reason we will refund your deposit.
What is included in the price?
The vehicle will be dressed in ribbons in the colour of your choice (we have a large selection of ribbon colours which can be combined if required). In addition to this, an experienced, uniformed chauffeur will be on hand to ensure your wedding day runs as smoothly as possible.

Yes, the union of two people is very special and we are happy to help solve your transport problems in style. Let us know what you need and where you need it and we will do everything we can to help make your day extra special.

A deposit of £50 can secure your date, you can then relax while we sort the paperwork. We will then send a comprehensive booking form to you, to read and sign. Return this via email or in the post and then 14 days before your wedding the full balance will be due.
